    		•  ITNY created Homeserver Planning Corp., all of which outstanding shares were held by ITNY & Partners, then.
    2006
  • March 
    		•  ITNY acquired a company and renamed it to Misakiguchi Surfside Village Planning Corp., all of which outstanding shares were held by ITNY & Partners, then.
  • June 
    		•  ITNY introduced a non-executive board member.
    2007
  • March 
    		•  ITNY created Digital Domain Inc., all of which outstanding shares were held by ITNY & Partners, then.
  • April 
    		•  ITNY created MSX Licensing Corporation, all of which outstanding shares were held by ITNY & Partners, then.
  • July 
    		•  ITNY helped Akiba Institute of Technology (Organizing Committee) established.
    Misakiguchi Surfside Village Planning Corp. spinned off from the ITNY group.
