Kazuhiko Nishi - Managing Director

Kazuhiko Nishi is Managing Director of ITNY & Partners, and leads entrepreneurial and technological activities. He has worked in ASCII Corporation and Microsoft Corporation, where he was a founder and Chief Technology Officer, respectively. He is well known as a charismatic leader, innovator, visionary and entrepreneur worldwide. He is also well known for his strenuous educational efforts in the academia and keeps multiple professorships.

He received a Doctor of Informatics degree from Kogakuin University in 1999.

Nobuo Ikeda - Fellow

Nobuo Ikeda is Fellow of ITNY & Partners, and leads policymaking and grassroots activities. He has worked in Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK), the No.1 Japanese TV quasi-governmental organization. He is well known in the IT industry for his keen and visionary ideas and his opinions have considerable effects to industry leaders. He is also well known for his courageous activities. For example, it is known that only Masayoshi Son, CEO of the Softbank Group, and Ikeda openly have fought with the Japanese telecommunications regulator.

He received a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Tokyo in 1978. He also received a Ph.D degree from Keio University in 2005.

Hajime Yamada - Fellow

Hajime Yamada is Fellow of ITNY & Partners, and leads management and technological activities. He has worked in Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), the No.1 Japanese telecommunications company. He is well known as a mainstream professional in the IT field and highly evaluated by major governmental and telecommunications organizations. He is also well known for his strenuous educational/research efforts in the academia and is a professor in Toyo University.

He received a Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Engineering degrees from Keio University in 1974, 1976 and 1985, respectively. He also received a Master of Science in Management of Technology degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1990 where he concentrated on management of technology.

Atsushi Taguchi - Partner

Atsushi Taguchi is a Partner of ITNY & Partners, and is taking charge of a real estate development and architectural management.

 

Taguchi has developed the basic communication system in Alpha Systems Ltd., which is a software development company specializing in telecommnuications network systems, and then, he has developed a business system package software in other two software development company.

 

After that, Taguchi had a strong interest in the regional reproduction business that ITNY & Partners had done as a new business in 2006, and participated as a Regional reproduction consultant. He obtained the experience and knowhow in a real estate development and architectural management.

 

Taguchi wants to become a specialist in the field of a real estate development and architectural management in our company.He received a Bachelor and a Master of Engineering degrees in Resources and Environmental Engineering from Waseda University in 1996 and 1998, respectively, and has constructed the flow characteristic model in the rock.

Yuriko Okura - Partner

Yuriko Okura is a partner of ITNY & Partners, and she consults for organization development and human resources development accompanied with corporate innovation. While she worked for ASCII Corporation, she established corporate brand of the company and contributed for raising its corporate value.  After retiring the company, she worked for OD (Organization Development) as a consultant of corporate innovation mainly to change human resourcesEattitude.  Also, she constructed effective and practical training process through assessing management ability of administrators, developing program of their training process, and producing the case method materials.  Now she aims to construct an organization which fits to its strategy and advance leadership education.

She majored in Faculty of Law in Keio University and studied Labor Standards Law and received bachelor’s degree.  She also received Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Keio Business School.

Hideo Kato - Vice President

Hideo Kato is Consultant of ITNY & Partners, and is a member of strategic consulting activities. He has worked in ASCII Corporation, which was a leading publishing and technology company, for neary 20 years, where he took an inititive to make ASCII magazines as a leading advertisement medium and helped ASCII's IPO from the corporate identity viewpoint as General Manager of Advertisement. After his career in ASCII, he has worked as an independent consultant and dealt with IT consultancy and Internet publication projects. He is willing to be a professional taking advantage of his advertisement and technology experience.

He studied telecommunications technology in Tokyo Denki University and broadcasting technology in Chiyoda Gakuen.

Kousuke Isokai - Senior Consultant

Kousuke Isokai is Analyst of ITNY & Partners, and is a member of strategic consulting activities, especially working on solidifying ITNY's operating companies' sales and marketing activities. He has worked in Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd, which is a leading non-life insurance company in Japan, where he was involved in customer support operations. He has experienced the importance of evaluating customer needs from various viewpoints. He is willing to be a well-known professional specialized in sales and marketing taking advantage of his customer support experience.

He studied Japanese modern history in the University of Tokyo.
